1 Acceptance of Terms

Each user is only permitted to hold one pp8 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Requests from lawful authorities
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons (non-fraudulent), any remaining balance after deduction of bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to the original payment method within the specified timeframe.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting PP8 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
